The Air Motion mid hi element of this system comprises of three transducers which are loaded by isometric conical horns. For a long time designers have known about the excellent inherent sound quality of the conical horn. Its propagation is based on the spheroid section and allows for solid radiation angles. The benefits are two fold: tight beam width control is possible, giving higher output and a more defined sound due to a decrease in early reflections; and constant beam width directivity is possible across the entire horns dispersion, giving a well balanced and uniform output.
Applications
Ideally suited to the larger club environment the Air Motion mid hi loudspeaker can be flown or alternatively mounted on top of the Paraflex bass system.
